As an editor, Kobe works with the Keybridge writing team to draft and edit op-eds, press releases, and a variety of other client-facing products. He graduated from Yale University in 2021, earning distinction in History and a certificate in Energy Studies. His senior thesis focused on the intersections between energy policy and geopolitics in early 21st century U.S.-China relations.
On campus, Kobe served as president of the William F. Buckley Jr. Program, a 400+ member student organization dedicated to promoting intellectual diversity and open political discourse at Yale. He was also involved with the Yale Admissions Office, the Yale Office of Student Affairs, and the Yale Political Union.
Prior to joining Keybridge, Kobe interned with the Cohen Group, the Hertog Foundation, and twice in the U.S. Senate. Kobe was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and enjoys all manner of outdoor activities in his free time. He also enjoys cooking, biking, and reading Cold War history.
