Senior Editor
As a senior editor, Abdullah is responsible for drafting and editing op-eds, press releases, and a variety of other client-facing products. Before joining Keybridge, Abdullah worked as an independent Middle East analyst and consultant, advising private-sector clients on regional political and security issues. Prior to that, he was part of The Washington Institute for Near East Policy’s Military and Security Studies Program.
In his spare time, Abdullah is also a senior contributor at Young Voices, where he writes and provides commentary on Middle East affairs and U.S. policy toward the region. His work has been published in The Hill, The National Interest, and he has been featured as a guest commentator on Fox 5 DC, Newsmax, NewsNation, and other national and international media outlets.
Abdullah earned his BA in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, and his MA in International Relations from San Francisco State University. A man of two worlds, Abdullah was born and raised in Amman, Jordan, calls Irvine, California his American hometown, and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia. He is fluent in Arabic.
