Last night our COO David shared his extensive wine knowledge at our company happy hour and led a blind tasting for the team. After a lesson on distinguishing between the Old and New World origins, they were put to the test. Participants tried four varieties – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah – and opened two bottles of each, one from the New World and the Old World. When the foil came off each bottle, we found out who were the best students in David’s Wine-101.
